RIWO SANGCHÖ RETREAT WITH KHENPO TENZIN NORGAY RINPOCHE

We are very pleased to announce that Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche will be visiting Orgyan Osal Cho Dzong. on Saturday, May 9, to Sunday, May 10, to lead a Riwo Sangchö retreat. The retreat will include teachings, instructions and practice sessions.

From the view of Dzogchen, the Riwo Sangchö (Mountain Smoke Offering) practice can prolong life and remove obstacles, including unpaid karmic debts. By praying to Guru Rinpoche, invoking his blessings, and making smoke offerings to wisdom beings, we accumulate merit and wisdom. These smoke offerings repay karmic debtors, which will remove obstacles in this life and help to achieve enlightenment.

The retreat will be conducted in-person at Orgyan Dzong and also on Zoom (see link below).  Please register early for in-person attendance since seating is limited.

In-person – Suggested donation is $50 per day. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own lunch each day.

Chinese translation will be available.  These teachings are being offered free of charge online, but donations are greatly appreciated to help support this program and future events.
